FAIR AND PROPORTIONATE REMUNERATION FROM STREAMING
Dear Performers,
We know that you are struggling throughout the pandemic and that your livelihoods have been taken away with the cancellation of live events. What’s more, you are not receiving your faire dues from online streaming services even if your tracks are being played thousands of times. The PayPerformers campaign’s objective is to ensure that performers receive appropriate and proportionate remuneration for their content – a key requirement of the 2019 EU Copyright Directive.
We are working across Europe and the UK with Collective Management Organisations in an attempt to make sure YOU are receiving a bigger share from online streaming, not record labels or the platforms. Help us in our endeavour to make performer voices heard and join our campaign.
