SENA paying American performers!
The use of repertoire whose original master owner is a US national now qualifies for equitable remuneration at SENA! All rights-holders from countries that have ratified the WPPT Treaty (WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty) are eligible for remuneration of license fee income for the music year 2021.
The first royalties to be paid out under this legislation were included in SENA’s March 2021 distribution! We hope other EU member states follow suit in the near future.
