Belgium Adopts Remuneration Rights For Streaming
Hotly debated in last month’s parliamentary marathon debate, law makers in Belgium have approved the final text that transposes the EU Copyright Directive adopted in 2019 – essentially adopting a non-waivable remuneration right in addition to the exclusive rights for streaming.
